摘要 在城市规划过程中,交通布局的引领作用、交通规划的主导作用日益凸显。南京市新一轮的城市总体规划与交通规划同步编制,强化交通与用地规划互动协调,在总体规划中融入交通引领、交通支撑和交通需求减量的理念;构建响应城市空间、城市等级规模和城市空间格局的交通体系;实行差别化交通分区引导策略,实现城市功能分区的合理搭配。城市总体规划与交通规划同步编制的方法,对优化城市空间结果、用地布局和交通设施配置,促使南京朝低碳、可持续的方向发展发挥了重大作用。 Transportation led and transportation dominated effects are emerging in modern cities.The new Nanjing master plan is compiled synchronously with transportation planning,and it stresses transportation and land use planning coordination,incorporates transportation lead,support,and capacity with master plan;establishes transportation system and urban space,urban hierarchy,and urban spatial layout interaction mechanism;implements different transportation zoning strategies,and realizes rational urban functional configuration.Urban master plan and transportation plan synchronization improves urban space,land layout,transportation facilities,and promotes Nanjing low carbon,sustainable development.
