摘要
借鉴国内外在历史文化街区交通改善方面的经验,在保护原有历史文化风貌及街巷肌理的前提下,济南市通过对明府城原有路网系统的适度优化调整、低碳交通系统的构建及严格的交通管理措施的建议,尝试在宁静交通与重塑活力之间寻求平衡,改善其交通通达性,并满足现代化市政基础设施接入的最低要求,从而兼顾其功能性需求,逐步为明府城打造以慢行交通为主、低碳公共交通为辅的宁静便捷交通体系,重塑明府城活力。
Jinan city learns historical district transportation improvement experiences,protects traditional cityscape and context,improves Fucheng area（from Ming Dynasty） road network,establishes low carbon transportation system,and adopts stringent management measures.It attempts to balance quiet transportation and recreating vitality,improves traffic accessibility,and meet modern infrastructural needs.It will build Fucheng area toward a slow transport and low carbon transport combined system,and recreate the vitality of the district.
