摘要
2012年是《保护世界文化和自然遗产公约》通过的第40周年,也是中国世界遗产保护管理走过的第27年。在积累了丰富的实践经验、取得显著成就的同时,中国世界遗产的保护管理也面临艰巨的挑战。回顾了中国世界遗产保护管理的历程,将其初步划分为起步、演进和深化3个阶段进行分析;其后从法律法规、管理体系、管理规划、科学研究和地方发展等几个方面对自然与混合遗产保护管理的经验与挑战进行了论述;最后,结合国际趋势对中国世界遗产保护管理事业的未来发展提出了展望。
The year of 2012 is on the 40th anniversary of the Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage. And it is also the 27th year since China engaged in the World Heritage Site course. Besides abundant experiences and achievements, there are still arduous challenges in the protection and management of World Heritage Sites in China. Having retrospected the history about the protectiun and management of WHS in China, the paper analyzed this history by dividing it into 3 stages which were initial, evolutional and deepening stages. Then the author expounded the experiences and challenges in several aspects such as legislation system, management system, management plan, scientific research and local development. In the end, combining with the international trend, the paper made a prospect about the future of WHS＇ protection and management in China.
