摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法对36例异位妊娠的患者行腹腔镜手术治疗,并与同期36例行传统开腹手术患者的临床效果进行比较。结果腹腔镜手术较之传统手术,术中出血更少,肛门排气时间早,住院时间更短(P<0.05),术后无需采取镇痛措施。结论腹腔镜手术作为微创手术,治疗异位妊娠准确性高、安全性好、术后恢复快,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic operations for ectopic pregnancy. Methods 36 patients were treated by laparoscopie operations and the clinical effects were compared with 36 patients underwent laparotomy. Results The haemorrhage in laparoseopic group were less than laparotomy group（ P 〈0.05 ）. The anus exhausting time and hospital stays in laparoscopic group were all shorter than laparotomy group（P 〈 0.05）. Patients dispensed with analgesia measures after laparoscopic operation. Conclusion Laparoscopic operation is an invasiveness of surgical procedure and the veracity is higher, security is better and recovery is speeder for the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. It is worth for generalization.
