原发性宫颈绒癌1例

摘要临床资料患者，18岁，主因“流产术后阴道出血1年，头晕、乏力5月，加重伴下腹痛、发热1周”于2009年8月10日住院。患者未婚，有性生活史，既往人工流产4次。平素身体健康。
