摘要
本文将隔断形式作为研究对象,将其划分为全封闭式隔断、半封闭式隔断、虚拟式隔断以及弹性隔断四大类,并在充分考虑人性化的基础上以人的生理、心理等特性为依据,详细分析不同隔断形式在不同餐饮空间的适用性以及同一餐饮空间中不同位置的适用性,即不同主题倾向的餐饮空间中使用何种隔断形式能够为使用者营造更舒适更优雅的空间,并有助于空间整体功能的实现。。
Considering partition as the research object, this paper divides it into four kinds:totally enclosed partition, half enclosed partition, virtual partition and elastic partition. On the foundation of humanization, and the basis of human’s physical and mental characters, this paper specifically analyze the applicability of partition in different catering space different place in one catering space. To find out the right partition for different catering space with different theme, so that a more comfortable and elegant space could be created for consumers, and the whole function of the space could be fully developed.
