以成都“北改”片区为例谈历史建筑保护

Discussion about Historical Buildings'Protection Basing on the Urban Renewal Area of Northern Chengdu

本文以成都"北改"片区为例,介绍了该片区历史建筑的保护状况及特征,对旧城改造中妥善处理好保护与发展的关系作了探讨,并在借鉴国内城市先进经验的基础上,提出了加强历史建筑保护利用的对策建议。

This paper introduces the situation and characteristic of historical buildings’ protection basing on The Urban？Renewal Area of Northern Chengdu. We also explorate how to properly handle the relationship between protection and development during the process of urban？renewal in this paper, and offer some suggestions to improve the protection and utilization of historical buildings borrowing advanced experience from other some domestic cities.
