地域文化与台湾地域主义建筑实践

LOCAL CULTURE AND REGIONALISM ARCHITECTURAL PRACTICES IN TAIWAN

针对全球化浪潮和西方文化的侵袭,探讨台湾地域主义建筑创作的多元发展趋势,通过案例研究的方式,介绍和分析基于地域文化的固有性与象征性的地域主义建筑创作实践,提出建筑设计应当充分考虑地域文化的认同感,尊重社会历史文化背景与生活型态,从而促成当代台湾建筑的多元化发展。

In the context of globalization and the invasion of Western culture, this study investigates the diversification trend of regionalism architectural design in Taiwan. Using case-study method, this study introduces and analyzes the regionalism design practices based on the inherency and symbols of local culture. We suggest that architectural design should give full account of the identity of local culture, respect the socioeconomic, historical, and cultural background and lifestyles, thus contributing to the diversified development of contemporary architecture in Taiwan.
