皮肤粘膜淋巴结综合征166例临床分析

本文总结了儿科医院1984～1986两年中收治的166例皮肤粘膜淋巴结综合症患儿的临床及随访资料,揭示了重庆为本病之高发区,且发病多集中于冬春季节,呈小流行表现。系统观察了本病时心血管病变,有较完整的心电图及二维超声心动图资料并发现本症时ECG双峰T波较多见(44.9%)。对17例病儿测定了IgG亚类及循环免疫复合物,发现IgG_1、IgG_3明显增高,8例循环免疫复合物高于对照组。结合临床及随访资料对本病之发病率、病因、诊断。

The main manifestations included fever(100%), conjnuctivitis (84.3%), multiformal erythema(84.3%), stomatitis(83.7%), desquamation at digits and the periphery of anus(81.3%), Scleredema in extremities (67.5%)and heart mur-mur(15.1%)0 There is only one case of myocardial infarction or Adams-Strockes syndrome respectively A bifid T wave was the most common feature among the various abnormalities of EKG but disappeared with recovering from the disease In 17 patients, the subypes of IgG were abnormal,, A sign showed a wide coronary artery was discovered in 10 cases by echocardiogrephy and returned to normal size in 8 months. The disturbance of cardiovascular system was lesser severe in present study, no-bady had a coronary aneurysm All but one patient with myocardial infraction recovered completely in 3-4 weeks. The incidence, etiology, cardiovascular features, early dignosis and tretment on the disease were discussed
