分析和总结了葡萄牙里斯本Expo North居住区的可持续规划与绿色建筑经验。回顾1998年里斯本世博会的情况,简述了Expo North居住区的概貌,重点介绍了该住区适应气候、绿色交通、公共空间、透水地面、基础设施等特点。以住区内的绿色塔楼为例,详细介绍了该建筑基于建筑气候学的建筑平面设计、外围护结构设计、太阳能利用、住宅成品化等建设经验。这些成功的经验可为中国城市及建筑的可持续发展提供有益的借鉴。

This paper summarizes and analyzes the experiences of sustainable planning and green building of north residential area of Lisbon Expo. It reviewes the Expo 98 Lisbon, makes a general survey of north residential areas, and then introduces the features of its climate adaptability in the planning, green traffic system, public space, permeable grounds, and infrastructures. Taking green tower as an example, it introduces the construction experiences of the plane design, the envelop design, solar energy utilization and finished residential products. All these successful experiences provide beneficial references for sustainable development of our cities and constructions in the period of accelerating urbanization.
