以即将投入使用的西安浐霸商务中心二期为例,从气候应变性设计、建筑形体及空间设计、生态技术策略三种视角分析建筑的生态设计过程。基于西安地区气候、地质、水文、生态、人文、社会、经济、地方特色等多项因素,以及办公建筑自身的特点,分析探讨适于西安地区办公建筑的低碳设计方法。

This essay takes an newly-built office building in Xi＇ an as example, and explains the ecological design processes from the three standpoints of climate responsible design, architectural form and space design, and eco-technology strategy design. Based on climate, geology, hydrology, ecology, humanities, social, economic, cultural and local characteristics in Xi＇ an and characteristics of office buildings, it sorts out a suitable low-carbon office building design strategies for Xi＇ an.
