模块化建造体系新特点——以SDE2010竞赛的小型住宅建筑为例

New Features of Modular Construction System:Exemplified by the Small Residential Buildings in SDE2010 Competition

2010年西班牙马德里举行了太阳能十项全能竞赛,针对竞赛中小型住宅建筑采用的模块化设计理念进行研究,通过多个实例探讨了模块化建造体系在工业生产特性、设计艺术美学、空间灵活性和宜居性四个方面的新特点和发展趋势。并指出,在保持现有空间和结构优势的前提下,改进居住感受,并适当控制成本,会使模块化建造体系在未来建筑工业化中得到更大的发展空间。

This paper studies the modular design concept embodied in the small residential building in the Solar Decathlon Europe 2010 competition in Madrid, Spain. It probes into the new features and developing trends of modular construction system by analyzing a number of examples, in terms of industrial production characteristics, design aesthetics, and space flexibility and livability. Finally, the paper put forwards that modular construction system would be greatly developed in the future of building industrialization by improving livability and controlling cost within the existing space and structure.
