民族高职金融保险专业改革与发展探析

Analysis of Reform and Development of Ethnic Higher Vocational Finance and Insurance Specialty

目前我国民族高职金融保险专业设置的保险技术课程很少,高职学生迫切需要的保险实践课程不多,毕业生就业渠道较窄,影响深造和就业。金融保险专业水准的提高关键在于深化多学科的应用,设置民族地区所需的专业方向,加强学生实训指导,突破保险系统就业的局限,实现专业改革与发展的设想。

At present, in curriculum of ethnic higher vocational finance and insurance specialty, there are only a few insurance technique and insurance practice courses which are in urgent need of students. This hinders students＇ employment after graduation and affects their further study. The key to improving the level of finance and insurance specialty lies in widening application of multi specialties, setting up specialties according to the need of ethnic regions, enhancing practice guidance for students, breaking through employment limitation in insurance field and realizing the objectives of reform and construction.
