摘要
学科管理特指某一学科任课教师按照学科特点及其认知规律规划教学,制定落实学生学习规范,触发、引导、监控、评价学生学习活动,从而促进学生收益最大化的过程及其体系,主要包括:学科规划管理、课堂管理、作业管理、考试与评价管理、学习习惯与方法管理等。这对边远或民族地区学校、薄弱学校具有参考价值。
Subject management refers to the process and system of making teaching plans according to subject characteristics and cognitive law, setting up and implementing learning regulations, triggering, guiding, supervising and evaluating students' learning activities so as to maximize effectiveness of students' learning. It mainly includes managements of subject planning, classroom, homework, testing and evaluation, as well as learning habit and method. It is of reference value to schools in remote or ethnic areas.
