陕北公学与中国共产党早期民族高等教育探索

On Shanbei public school and the early ethnic higher education exploration of the communist party of China

中国共产党历来重视培养和使用少数民族干部,把这项工作作为实现党的民族纲领,落实党的民族政策的关键环节。陕北公学成立以后特别是陕北公学后期加强了少数民族干部和人才的培养工作,先后组建蒙古青年队、少数民族文化工作队、民族部,开始了早期民族高等教育的实践与探索。

The communist party of China has always paid attention to the training and the use of minority cadres, to regard the job as the key link of achieving the party＇s national program and carrying out of the national policy of the party. They strengthened the training work of minority cadres and talent in later period after the establishment of the Public northern Shaanxi, then began the practice and exploration on the early ethnic higher education with forming the Mongolian youth, the minority culture team, and the national department.
