糖尿病患者主动参与健康教育的效果研究

摘要 目的探讨参与式健康教育在社区糖尿病管理中的应用效果。方法抽取辖区内260名糖尿病患者,随机将他们分为两组(干预组与对照组),干预组实行参与式健康教育管理,对照组实行慢性病常规管理,两组管理前均进行糖尿病相关知识、自我管理能力及态度问卷调查,管理一年后两组再次进行相同问卷调查,并将结果进行评价分析。结果干预组各项指标均优于对照组。结论参与式健康教育能很好的普及糖尿病医学常识,提高糖尿病患者自我管理能力,减少了并发症的发生,提高了生活质量。 Objective To explore the application effect of the participatory health education in community diabetes management. Methods 260 diabetic patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups (intervention group and control group). The patients of intervention group were implemented participatory health education. The control group was implemented routine management of chronic disease. Before treatment, the related knowledge, self management ability and attitude questions in two groups were investigated. One year later, the two groups were surveyed with the same question. Results All of the indicators of the intervention group were better than those of the control group.Conclusions Participatory health education can make diabetes medical knowledge popular very well, and improve the self management ability of patients with diabetes, reduce the complications, and improve their quality of life.
