摘要
将60只小鼠随机分为D-半乳糖药物组、D-半乳糖对照组和对照组,每组20只。D-半乳糖药物组和D-半乳糖对照组小鼠每天背部皮下注射D-半乳糖0.15mL,对照组注射生理盐水0.2mL;D-半乳糖药物组每日灌服中药复方0.2mL,D-半乳糖对照组和对照组灌服生理盐水。15d后脱颈椎处死小鼠,取心肌、肝脏、脾脏、肺脏和肾脏,测定各组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性。结果表明,与D-半乳糖对照组相比,中药复方能够显著提高小鼠肝脏、肾脏中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性(P<0.05),极显著的提高肺脏、心肌和脾脏中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性(P<0.01)。说明中药复方具有较强的抗氧化作用。
60mice were divided into 3groups randomly,20mice each group.0.15mL D-galactose plus 0.2 mL traditional Chinese medicine compound,0.15mL D-galactose,and 0.2mL sodium chloride were administrated to mice every day in D-galactose and medicine group,D-galactose group and control group,respectively.Mice were sacrificed,and the heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney were harvested.The activity of glutathion peroxidase（GSH-Px） were detected.Results showed that traditional Chinese medicine compound increased the activity of GSH-Px and had antioxidation effect.
