摘要
麻疹病毒是一种引起儿童急性呼吸道感染的传染病,属于副黏病毒科麻疹病毒属,同属的还包括犬瘟热病毒、牛瘟病毒等。细胞受体是病毒入侵易感细胞和启动感染的关键。目前,3种蛋白质分子——膜辅蛋白CD46、信号淋巴细胞激活因子SLAM和细胞黏附分子Nectin-4已经被证实是介导麻疹病毒入侵易感染细胞和启动感染的受体。论文综述了麻疹病毒3种细胞受体的研究进展,对深入了解病毒与宿主间的相互关系及有针对性地进行抗病毒药物、疫苗研制具有重大意义。
Measles virus(MV),a member of the Morbillivirus genus in the Paramyxoviridae family,causes an acute respiratory disease in children.The same genus also includes canine distemper virus,rinderpest virus and so on.Cell receptors play an important role in viruses on invasion and starting infection.Three protein molecules have been identified as MV invasion and infection cell receptors,the signaling lymphocyte activation molecule(SLAM),CD46,and nectin-4.This article made a summary in the recent development of cell receptors of measles virus.These will be important to understand the virus-host interactions and will further be helpful for designing and developing anti-viral drugs and vaccines.
