摘要
高校青年教师是高情绪工作群体,正性情绪对工作和个人发展能起激励作用,而负性情绪对其身心健康、工作效率和学生都将产生不利影响。本文通过分析当前高校青年教师负性情绪的主要表征,探究其产生的原因,并提出应对负性情绪的策略。
Young university teachers are a group of high emotion. Positive emotions can play a stimularing role in their 'work and personal development, while negative emotions will have an adverse impact on their physical and mental health, work efficiency, main characterization of young university teachers' and education of students as well. By analyzing the negative emotions, this paper has explored their canses and proposed some control strategies to cope with these negative emotions.
