世界卫生组织生存质量测定简表在高校学科带头人生存质量评价中的信度与效度研究

Reliability and validity of WHOQOL-BREF in evaluation of quality of academic leaders in colleges and universities

目的探讨世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BEFF)在高校学科带头人生存质量评价应用中的信度与效度。方法应用WHOQOL-BREF量表对260名高校学科带头人进行调查,计算该量表的内部一致性信度、分半信度和结构效度。结果 WHOQOL-BREF内部一致性评价Guttman分半系数为0.806,Cronbachα系数为0.852,具有较高的信度。WHOQOL-BREF各条目因子载荷绝大部分在0.5以上;模型拟合优度指数(GFI)=0.917,调和拟合优度指数(AGFI)=0.885,RMR=0.037,NFI=0.854,比较拟合指数(CFI)=0.937,AIC=611.907,模型拟合较好,表明该量表具有较好的结构效度。结论 WHOQOL-BREF具有较好的信度和效度,可较好地评价高校学科带头人生存质量。

Objective To explore the reliability and validity of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF （WHOQOL-BREF） in evaluating the quality of life of academic leaders in colleges and universities. Methods We investigated 260 academic leaders in colleges and universities by using the WHOQOL-BREF and calculated the internal consistency reliability, split-half reliability and construct validity. Results Its internal consistency Cronbach a coefficient was 0. 852 and its split-half reliability coefficient of Guttman was 0. 806, indicating that WHOQOL-BREF had higher reliability. The most factors in loading coefficient of WHOQOL-BREF were more than 0.5; the model fit goodness showed GFI=0. 917, AGFI=0. 885, RMR=0. 037,NFI=0. 854,CFI= 0. 937, AIC= 611. 907, with better model fit, indicating that WHOQOL-BREF had a good construct validity. Conclusion WHOQOL-BREF has satisfactory reliability and validity and can be used to evaluate the quality of life of academic leaders in colleges and universities.
