摘要
以JK90S可调喷嘴涡轮与WD615.50型柴油机配机试验数据为基础,对采用GT-POWER建立的配机仿真模型进行了校验,使仿真的发动机参数和涡轮的进出口参数与试验值误差小于5%。采用校正后的GT-POWER配机仿真模型,对经过调节喷油量后的WD615.50型柴油机与JK90S增压器的配机运行工况进行仿真计算,确定了可调喷嘴涡轮随发动机工况变化时的最优开度脉谱图。
The verification of simulated model built by GT-POWER was carried out based on the experimental data of JK90S turbine and WD615.50 engine, which limits the error between simulated and test parameters of engine and turbine less than 5%; afterwards, by adopting this testified GT-POWER model, a operating condition with adjusted fuel injection of JK90S turbocharger and WD615.50 engine was simulated, the optimization of opening angle map which varies engine operating condition was confirmed by GT-power simulation model.
