大学生道德责任教育实效性的现状归因及机制保证

摘要 就目前而言,大学生道德责任教育还存在着一些问题。要提高大学生道德责任教育实效性就要建立相应的机制加以保证,如何运用监测预警机制保证大学生道德责任知识的高知晓度;运用政策激励机制确保大学生道德责任知识的认同度;运用效果评估机制反馈与校正大学生道德责任知识的内化度;运用利益导向机制增强大学生道德责任行为意向性;运用调控整合机制保证大学生道德责任行为的一贯性,是文章的主旨。 At present, college students' moral responsibility education also exists some problems. In author's opinion, constructing a corresponding mechanism can ensure improving the effectiveness of the college students' moral responsibility education. The purports of the article are to discuss how to use the monitoring and warning mechanism to ensure the awareness of college students' moral responsibility knowledge, use policy incentive mechanism to ensure the identification of college students' moral responsibility knowledge, use effect evaluation mechanism to feedback and correct the internalization degree of college students' moral responsibility knowledge, use interests leading mechanism to strengthen the intention of college students'moral responsibility behavior; use control integration mechanism to ensure the consistency of college students'moral responsibility behavior.
