Having recognized the crucial role the training of the cadre group plays in the quality improvement and the structural construction of basic level league members, this paper attempts to analyze the status quo and existing problems of the training of cadre group of basie level league members before purveying evidence and strategy for better training landscape by means of survey and empirical research in the West Lake District in Hangzhou.
