摘要
介绍了一种宽适应高电位脉冲调制器的实现方法。调制器由初级脉冲形成电路、隔离变压器、次级脉冲恢复电路组成。采用CPLD将初级脉冲分离形成开启、关断和截尾脉冲,通过变压器隔离传输,并利用MOSFET极间分布电容的充电延时特性,最终输出调制脉冲。还介绍了该调制器的设计实例,给出了性能测试结果。
The implementation of a pulse modulator with wide pulse width and high potential is introduced. The modulator consists of the primary pulse forming circuit, the isolation transformer, and the secondary pulse recovery circuit. The primary pulses are separated into the on, off and cut pulses through the CPLD, and then isolated and transmitted through the transformer. Finally, the modulated pulses are output by utilizing the charge delay characteristics of the inter-electrode distributed capacitance of the MOSFET. Moreover, the practical application and the test results of the modulator are presented.
