摘要
2012年8月21日，中联重科与印度ELEC限OMECH公司合资建厂协议在长沙正式签署。据悉，该工厂为中联重科第一个海外直接投资建厂项目，其主营业务为塔式起重机。这是中联重科继2008年并购意大利CIFA后的第二个海外基地，也是其塔式起重机业务在海外的第一个基地。
The two companies have agreed a joint venture between ZOOMLION and ELECTROMECH on Aug.21^(th),2012.The main business of the plant is tower crane, and it is the first overseas direct investment project and the first overseas base of tower crane for ZOOMLION,the second overseas base after CIFA.The event shows that ZOOMLION starts its new overseas development strategy.
