应用斑点追踪技术研究2型糖尿病患者局部心肌收缩功能 被引量:1

摘要 2型糖尿病是一种患病率日益增高的代谢障碍性疾病。糖尿病心肌病(diabetic cardiomyopathy,DCM)是糖尿病的一种独立并发症,是由于代谢紊乱及微血管病变而引起的心肌广泛局灶性坏死等损害,可见于冠状动脉病变之前,极易发生充血性心力衰竭。
