高效液相色谱法测定利塞膦酸钠的含量

摘要 利塞膦酸钠具有强大的抗骨吸联收作用,临床常用于变形性骨炎和骨质疏松症的防治[1],具有良好的发展前景[2]。常用的含量测定方法是有机破坏后采用比色法测定分子中磷的含量,再换算成利塞膦酸钠的含量。该方法操作繁琐,误差较大[3]。笔者采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定其含量,
