摘要
根据江苏段的受水区特点,将其按照农业、工业、生活、生态环境、船闸5个用水部门进行用水户概化。在此基础上,以区域总缺水量最小为目标,按6个地级市进行分区,以各行政区各水源供水量作为决策变量,以各水源可供水量、用水户需水量等作为约束条件,建立水资源优化配置模型。通过Matlab编程分析计算得出,在不同水文年情况下,受水区各类用水户均能满足其规划需水要求。
According to Jiangsu intake area characteristics,this paper divided the water users as follows: agriculture,industry,life,eco-environment and lock.Based on this,an optimal model for water resources allocation of Jiangsu section was proposed,in which minimum volume of water shortage was set as the objective function,and administrative districts were defined as stage variable,and water allocation quantity was expressed as a decision variable,water availability and water user demand was considered as constraint.This paper analysed and calculated the model by Matlab optimization toolbox,and the application showed that all the water users in different intake areas can achieve the goal of water-supply guaranteed rate.
