为了有效控制圆盘铸造机的运行过程与监视,降低圆盘铸造机的运行故障,提高圆盘铸造机的生产效率的目的;采用成熟的PLC控制技术,运用PLC模块化编程实现了实时有效控制圆盘铸造机的平稳运行,该PLC控制系统具有经济高效、稳定、维护方便、降低电能损耗等优点。

In order to ettectlvely control the operation process ot disc casting machine, reduce its operation lault and improve its production efficiency, the mature PLC control technology and modular programming method were adopted in the con- trol system to realize the smooth running of the disk casting machine by real-time effective control and obtain a conclusion that the employment of PLC automatic control system can achieve the prupose. The innovation in this paper is to use PLC auto- matic control system to replace the traditional electric control system. The PLC control system has the advantages of high eco- nomic efficiency, stable running, easy maintenance and low power consumption.
