摘要
为了解决实际应用中故障树事件概率计算和事件重要度计算方面遇到的问题,结合CAFTA和Relex两种软件的局限性,提出了建立故障树概率运算工具的必要性,对故障树运算的基础知识进行了概括和阐述,推导了故障树运算的相关计算公式,采用Matlab软件的GUI界面工具制作了故障树运算软件。通过与Relex软件故障树运算结果的比较,对软件运算精度进行了验证分析。结果表明,该软件具有界面美观、操作方便、数据精度高等特点,可有效解决故障树概率计算问题。
In order to solve the calculation problems of probability and importance on fault-tree events, this paper the ne- cessity of building a calculating tool for fault-tree probability operation is proposed to aim at the limitation of CAFTA ahd Relex softwares. The basic knowledge of fault tree is summarized and elaborated. The calculation formulas relative to the fault-tree operation are deduced. A fault-tree calculation software is built up by means of GUI toolbox in MATLAB. The oop- eration accuracy of the software is verified and analyzed by comparing with the fault-tree operation result generated by Relex software. The results show that this software has the characteristics of beautiful interface, convenient operation and high data precision, and can effectively solve the problems existing in the fault-tree probability calculation.
