一种用于辐射监测γ相机的峰值保持电路

摘要 为了实现辐射监测γ相机成像的目的,采用电路理论分析和Matlab仿真方法,设计了一种峰值保持电路。做了辐射监测实验,获得了电路可准确、实时捕捉脉冲信号峰值的结果,得到设计方案可行的结论。该电路具有结构简单、调试方便、性能优良等特点,可广泛应用于各种脉冲分析系统。 To realize imaging of radiation monitoring γ camera, a kind of pulse peak hold circuit was designed by circuit theory analyzing and MATI.AB simulation. The circuit includes 6 parts: signal modulation and filtering, signal overlap, pulse peak hold, peak detection, sample and hold, ADC current drive. The radiation monitoring experiment proves that the cireuit can accurately capture pulse peak in real time and the design scheme is feasiblel The innovation points of the design is that the circuit can process 4-path signals (XA XB, YA and YB) simultaneously, the peak hold time (0-50μs) is adjustable, the acquisition speed (〈1 μs ) is fast, and droop rate (〈0. 01 μV/μs) is low. The circuit has the advantages of simple structure, convenient debugging and high performance. It can be widely used in a variety of pulse analysis system.
