摘要
为了有效降低空调的待机功耗,设计了一种旨在降低空调待机功耗的电源控制电路。该控制电路通过取样电路检测空调实际工作电流的大小,判断空调的工作状态,当检测到空调处于待机状态超过1min左右,控制电路自动切断空调插座的电源。实测证明该控制电路可以有效降低空调的待机功耗,可以做到待机功耗不大于1 W。该控制电路采用光耦可控硅作为核心控制元件,控制电路中使用了红外接收器,其正常工作时不会影响空调遥控器的正常使用。
A power-supply control circuit was designed to reduce the standby power consumption of air conditioners. The control circuit determines the working status of an air conditioner by a sampling circuit to detect the actual operating current, and cuts off the power at socket automatically when the air conditioner is in standby mode for more than a minute or so. The actual measurement proves that the control circuit can effectively reduce the standby power consumption of air conditioner. The standby power consumption is less than 1 W when the control circuit is working. The optocoupler triac taken as a core element and the infrared receiver are used in the control circuit. The control circuit does not affect the normal use of the air conditioner's remote controller when it is working.
