摘要
为了减少交流供电系统的电磁干扰,设计了一种实用的交流固态功率控制器,其采用两只反向连接的MOSFET共同作为固态功率开关器件,通过适当的开关时序控制和利用MOSFET的固有单向导电性,实现了交流固态功率控制器的过零开通关断功能。根据其原理制作了原理样机并进行了试验验证,结果表明该控制方法切实可行。该控制方法替代了现有的双向可控硅与过零检测的方法,对交流电气负载进行控制,并达到一次触发、自然过零开通和关断、无干扰、功耗低的目标。
In order to reduce electromagnetic interference of AC power supply system, a practical AC solid-state power controller (SSPC) was designed, which taking two reverse connection MOSFETs as solid-state power switching devices. It realized the AC zero-crossing switching function of solid-state power controller through the appropriate switch time sequence control and natural one-way conductivity characteristics of MOSFET. A prototype was made based on the principle of AC solid-state power controller. The experiment results indicate that the control method is feasible. The control method replaced the existing bi-directional thyristor zero-crossing detection methods for AC load control, and achieved goals of once triggering, natural zero-crossing turn-on and turn-off, nil interference and low power consumption.
