On Edition-subject Modernization of Academic Periodicals of Higher Learning Institutions

人是实现现代化化的核心,分析了制约高校学术期刊社编辑主体现代化的因素,论述了期刊社的现代化必须以人为本,指出要实现编辑出版的现代化,首先必须实现编辑主体的现代化,而教育则是实现编辑主体现代化的重要手段和途径。

People are the core to realize modernization, this paper analyzes the factors to restrict edition-subject modernization of academic periodical offices of higher learning institutions, discusses that the modernization of periodical offices must depend on the people and points out that human modernization must be firstly realized in order to realize edition and publication modernization, however, education is an important method and path to realize human modernization.
