鼻咽癌喉癌患者血清唾液酸基转移酶岩藻糖基转移酶活性观察

SERUM SIALYLTRANSFERASE AND FUCOSYL-TRANSFERASE ACTIVITV IN PATIENTS WITH NASOPHARYNGEAL OR LARYNGEAL CARCINOMA

本文报道56例鼻咽癌、喉癌患者血清唾液酸基转移酶(ST)、岩藻糖基转移酶(FT)活性测定,并按治疗前不同病期、有无转移和治疗后有无复发分组进行比较。每一血清样品同时还测定了唾液酸和岩藻糖含量。结果表明:血清ST、FT、唾液酸和岩藻糖含量测定,可作为鼻咽癌、喉癌晚期患者的辅助诊断和判别治疗后有无复发的指标;

Serum sialy transferase(ST) and fucosyltransferase(FT) were determinated in 56 patients with nasopharyngeal or laryngeal carcinoma. 18 healthy were normal control. Serum sialic acid and fucose were also determinated in each sample.Comparison were made statistically among groups of stages of cancer, having metastases or no metastases, before treatment,and recurrence or non-recuurrence after cure Our results suggest that determinations of serum ST, FT, sialic acid and fucose could be used as new-indicators of diagnosis f.or advanced nasopharyngeal or laryngeal cancer and differentiation between recurrence and non-recurrence after treatment. However,the levels of ST in serum could be evaluated for metastases or non-metastases before treatment
