TCM叉车消声器的试验研究

通过对TCM叉车消声器的消声量测试,得知其对中高频段噪声消声效果不好。对该消声器进行结构参数分析,并在改进设计中增大了消声器容积比和改进排气尾管结构形式,改进后的消声器经装车试验,表明改进是成功的。

Detecting noise reduction capability of TCM muffler reveals that the muffler is not good at elimination of medium and high frequency noises. Based on analysis of theconstruction and parameters, some improvents are carried out, including increase in volumeratio of the muffler and improvement to the construction of the exhaust pipe. Theimprovoed muffler is proved to be efficient by test.
