围岩性状非对称公路隧道施工方案优化研究 被引量:2

A Study on Construction Optimization of Highway Tunnel in Asymmetric Surrounding Rock

摘要 针对新疆天山玉希莫勒盖隧道一段围岩性状左右侧相差较大的实际情况,为确保施工安全,优化施工方案,采用大型通用有限元分析软件,对上下台阶法、先开挖围岩条件较好一侧CD法及先开挖围岩条件较差一侧CD法等不同施工方案进行数值模拟计算。从围岩竖向位移、应力及初期支护力学行为等方面进行了系统的比较分析,得出了先开挖围岩条件较差一侧CD法为较优施工方案。该结论不仅直接指导了工程的施工,而且可为其他类似工程的施工技术比选和施工安全保障提供有益的参考。 Associating with the Yuximolegai Tunnel in Tianshan mountain which has a big difference between the left and right in a length of surrounding rock, construction mechanical behavior is simulated for benching tunneling construction method, CD method whose first excavation is good side of surrounding rock, and CD method whose first excavation is bad side of surrounding rock, so as to ensure the safety of construction and improve the construction plan. Through numerical simulation and further analysis from the vertical displacement of surrounding rock, stress, mechanical behavior of primary support, the results show that the CD method whose first excavation is bad side of surrounding rock is the better method. Not only does the conclusions guide the construction, but also can act as reference for similar engineering.
