摘要
本文从标准体系构建的原则出发,根据科技平台建设、服务和运行的实际需求,提出了我国科技平台标准体系,给出了科技平台基础标准、科技平台通用标准和科技平台专用标准的内涵,阐述了科技平台标准类别。
The article tries to promote the National S＆T infrastructure standardization framework from the angel of construction principles and being appeal to the requirements of S＆T construction, service and running. And based on the designing system, the content of basic standard, generally held standard and specialized standard of S＆T infrastructure as well as the categories of standards are given in the article too.
