摘要
本文对国内外现行标准API Spec 5L-2007、ISO3183-2007、GB/T9711-2011中酸性钢管与非酸性钢管的制造检验要求进行了比对与分析,重点对其不同点如:炼钢要求、化学成分、硬度要求、氢致开裂HIC试验、硫化物应力开裂SSC试验及无损检测进行了比较与解析,可为实际生产提供参考与引导作用。
In this paper, the sour service pipe with non-sour service pipe＇ s manufacturing and test requirements was compared and analyzed in current standard at home and abroad, such as API Spec 5L-2007, ISO3183-2007, GB/T9711- 2011, it focus on different points such as steel-making, chemical composition, hardness, hydrogen-induced cracking, sulfide stress cracking and nondestructive testing, which can provide reference and guiding for the actual production.
