摘要 牙齿修复体曲面局部变形是口腔数字化修复系统的一个关键环节,决定了设计的修复体形态能否满足口腔的咬合接触关系。针对这一情况提出了基于最小能量法的修复体曲面局部变形算法,首先根据设计需要,在修复体模型上通过区域选择方式定义模型的控制句柄和变形区域,区域定义完成后,对变形矩阵进行预处理。然后通过操作控制句柄,实现修复体曲面的局部变形。最后通过双尖牙和磨牙的局部变形实例,验证了该算法的有效性和实用性。 The surface local deformation of tooth restoration is a key technology in dental CAD/ CAM system,which determines whether restoration shape can fit to the patient’s tooth articulation environment.Aiming at the problem,a local deformation algorithm for dental surface design based on minimum energy method was proposed.Firstly,the control handle and deformed region were defined on restoration surface with region selected tool.Secondly,the deformation matrix was preprocessed for improving computational efficiency,then the control handle was translated to complete the local deformation of restoration.Experimental results verify the effectiveness and practicability of the algorithm.
