牧民专业合作社利益分配机制的构建——生命周期视角

Building the Benefit Allocation Mechanism of Herdsmen’Specialized Cooperatives in China from the Perspective of Life Cycle

随着牧民专业合作社的发展,其利益分配机制也要不断演变。本文从生命周期视角将牧民专业合作社的发展划分为创立期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期,结合农民专业合作社法,建立牧民专业合作社的利益分配基本模型,分时期构建其利益分配机制,并以内蒙古特力格图牧民专业合作社为应用实例,对其发展的特点和利益分配机制进行分析,并提出了完善利益分配机制的对策。

With the development of herdsmen’specialized cooperatives,its benefit allocation mechanism will evolve constantly.In this article,the development of herdsmen’specialized cooperatives was divided into the creation,growth,maturity and decline from a life-cycle perspective.In this paper,the authors established a basic model for the benefit allocation and built the benefit allocation mechanism for each period of the herdsmen’specialized cooperatives.And then,Teligetu Herdsmen’Specialized Cooperative in Inner Mongolia was used as an application instance in the article.The authors have analyzed its characteristics in the development and proposed the countermeasures to perfect its benefit distribution mechanism.
