甲基化在食管胃结合部腺癌及胃远端腺癌的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨食管胃结合部腺癌(AEG)和胃远端腺癌(GDA)的甲基化情况及其发生的分子机制。方法:采用甲基化特异性PCR对26例AEG,28例GDA组织、癌旁不典型增生组织及癌旁正常组织的甲基化情况进行检测。结果:在AEG中,各基因在肿瘤中甲基化率高于正常组织,RASSF1A(65.38%VS 15.38%),RASSF2(69.23%VS 16%),RUNX3(61.54%VS11.54%);而在GDA中,甲基化率在肿瘤、正常组织中分别为RASSF1A(53.57%VS 14.29%),RASSF2(57.14%VS 17.86%),RUNX3(53.57%VS 10.71%),无论在AEG,还是在GDA中,各基因在肿瘤中甲基化率均高于正常组织(P<0.05),而AEG和GDA之间的甲基化率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:相关基因高甲基化状态可能是引起AEG和GDA的共同分子机制之一,甲基化程度都随病理病变的加重而呈上升趋势。
