摘要
作为世界最大的碳排放大国,中国正遭受来自国际的巨大减排压力。中国作为世界工厂,应该从国际垂直专业化的角度厘清其中的排放责任。国际垂直专业化通过规模效应、结构效应、技术效应三个渠道影响CO2排放。在此基础上,构建联立方程,采用1980~2009年的数据,利用GMM方法检验国际垂直专业化对中国CO2排放的影响。结果显示,国际垂直专业化导致中国CO2排放增加。由此可见,发达国家应对中国的CO2排放承担相应的责任,应向其提供适当的环境援助。
There is much pressure from the developed countries to China because it has been the biggest country of CO2 emission in the world since 2007. But as the world factory, there should be differentiated the responsibility of CO2 emission between other countries and China. The CO2 emission is impacted by international vertical specialization through scale effect, composition effect, and techniques effect. Then the simultaneous equation systems are used to examine the impact of international vertical specialization on Chinese CO2 emission with GMM. The result is that Chinese CO2 emission grows when the degree of its international vertical specialization becomes bigger. So the developed countries should take the responsibility of Chinese CO2 emission and supply environmental aid to it.
