摘要
华恒矿业公司选煤厂为充分回收煤炭资源,优化选煤工艺,增设了煤泥浮选工艺系统,并根据粒度分析及分步释放浮选试验,确定采用旋流微泡浮选柱进行二次浮选;同时通过有效的改造措施解决了浮选系统运行初期出现的问题,选煤厂精煤产率提高,获得了较好的经济效益。
For fully recovering coal resource and optimization of coal cleaning process in coal preparation of Huaheng Mining Industry Company,coal flotation system was added;based on particle consist of coal slime and step release flotation test,cycloning micro-bubble flotation column used for secondary flotation,and by effective improvement measures to solve problems appeared in the initial stage of its operation,yield of coal concentrate increased and relative better economic benefit attained.
