摘要
介绍了望峰岗选煤厂使用的GPJ-120型加压过滤机的工作原理、技术特征,针对使用过程中存在的工作压力低、接近开关误动作、气动阀门使用寿命短、气水分离器分离效果差等问题,分别采取了有效的改进方法,确保了生产的平稳运行,实现了节能降耗目标,取得了很好的经济和社会效益。
Working principle and technical characteristics of GPJ-120 hyperbaric filter used at Wangfenggang Coal Preparation Plant introduced;aiming at problems appeared in its operation,such as low working pressure,switch malfunctioning,short serving life of the air operated valve and low separation efficiency of the air-water separator,effective improvement measures used separately,stable production operation thus ensured,the target of reducing consumption and saving energy realized,and rather better economic and social benefit achieved.
