西南地区煤炭矿区规划环境影响评价指标体系探析

Inquiry & analysis on the system of evaluation index of environmental influence in planning of a coal region in south-western China

以矿区规划环评导则以及相关法律法规的要求为基准,按照西南地区煤炭矿产资源分布现状及矿区规划特点,针对西南地区自然环境背景、矿区开采特点及已经存在的矿区环境问题,结合国内外研究成果提出了西南地区煤炭矿区规划环境影响评价指标体系及指标值。

Taking the directional rules of environmental evaluation for planning of mine region and relevant laws and regulations as the criteria,proposed are an index system and index values for evaluation of environmental influence in planning of a coal region in south-western China based on such considerations as: coal resources distribution and special feature of mine region planning,back ground of nature environment,exploitation peculiarity and existed problems in environment,achievement of domestic and foreign study.
