中西医结合治疗变应性鼻炎临床疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察中西医联合治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法:将变应性鼻炎患者180例随机分为中药方剂组、西药鼻喷雾剂组和中西医联合治疗组,每组60例。中药方剂组给予玉屏风散合苍耳子散,日1剂,口服,每日3次;西药组给予组胺H1受体拮抗剂鼻喷雾剂,每个鼻孔各2喷(每喷0.07ml,每喷含盐酸氮卓斯汀0.07mg),每日早、晚各1次;联合治疗组给予中药方剂和盐酸氮卓斯汀喷雾剂联合治疗,用法同上,均3周为1疗程。观察结果,并对治疗前后的症状和体征计分比较。结果:3组患者在治疗1疗程后,中西医联合治疗组显效率80%,明显高于中药复方制剂组的43%(P<0.05),西药鼻喷雾剂组的52%(P<0.05);无明显的不良反应。结论:采用中西医联合治疗变应性鼻炎,比单纯采用中药方剂或组胺H1受体拮抗剂治疗的临床效果更佳,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: Explore the efficacy of the combination therapy of allergic rhinitis in Western. Method: 180 eases of allergic rhinitis patients randomly divided into Western medicine nasal spray group, and Western medicine nasal spray group, Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment group in the treatment group, each set of 60 eases. Chinese herbal formula group was given Yupingfengsaneo Xanthium Powder, A day, ora!, 3 times daily, WM GRoup given the histamine HI receptor an- tagonist nasal spray. 2 form each nostril spray (spray 0. 07 ml. azelastine hydrochloride 0.07 mg per spray), early and late 1 times a day; The combination therapy group was given a prescription of traditional Chinese medicine and aselastine hydroehloride nasal spray, use ibid, 3 week for a course. Observation and treatment before and after comparison of the signs and symptoms scores. Result 3 group patienta after a course of treatment, the efficiency of combined treatment group were 80% , significantly highter the Chinese herbal formula group, 43% (P〈0. 05), Western medicine nasal spray group, 52% (P〈0. 05) ; Without significant adverse reactions. Conclusion Joint use of Western medicine nasal spray group, the Western medicine nasal spray group of Histamine HI receptor antagonist treatment clinical better, safe and effective, worthy of clinical applineation.
