聚苯胺/涤纶导电织物的等离子处理制备及其性能表征 被引量:3

Preparation of Polyaniline/polyester Composite Conductive Fabric by Low Temperature Plasma Treatment and Its Charaeterization

摘要 采用低温等离子处理技术结合碱减量对涤纶织物进行表面处理,在织物上原位化学氧化聚合制备聚苯胺/涤纶复合织物.研究了低温等离子处理功率、压强、时间对复合导电织物表面电阻率的影响.结果表明:采用真空度30 Pa,处理时间4 min,处理功率300 W的等离子处理工艺,苯胺单体浓度0.25 mol/L,氧化剂APS质量浓度0.06 g/mL,掺杂酸浓度0.6 mol/L,反应时间2 h,氧化聚合,制备的复合导电织物其表面电阻率可达102Ω.SEM、FTIR及XRD测试结果表明涤纶织物表面有均匀连续的聚苯胺存在,且渗入纤维内部,使纤维无定形区面积增加,结晶度减小. Using plasma treatment technology combined with alkali deweighting of polyester fabric surface treatment, the polyaniline/polyester composite fabric was prepared by in-situ chemical oxidative polymerization. Influence of low temperature plasma treatment power, vacuum degree and time on polyaniline/polyester composite conductive fabric conductivity was studied. Experimental results show that when the vacuum degree is 30 Pa, processing time is d min, processing power is 300 W, with aniline monomer concentration 0.25 mol/L, ammonium persulfate oxidant concentration 0.06 g/mL, acid concentration 0.6 tool/L, reaction time 2 h, the conductive composite fabric with resistance of10^2Ω was obtained. SEM, FTIR and XRD tests showed that the polyester fabric surface centains uniform and continuous polyaniline existed, and penetrated into the fiber, which made fiber amorphous area increase and the crystallinity decrease.
