摘要
创新型人才是一个国家和社会得以进步的永续资源,当今各国都把创新型人才的培养作为经济社会持续发展的制高点。本文探讨大学培养创新型人才的主要实现途径。重点探讨人文通识课程在创新型人才培养中的重要作用,提出创新型人才培养的人文通识课程体系的初步构想,使人文类通识课程教学实践真正成为培养具有人文精神、创新精神、创新能力和广阔视野的创新型人才不可缺少的实现途经之一。
As innovative talents are the sustainable dynamics of development for society and one country, the training of innovative talents is essential for dif ferent countries in the world. This thesis defines the connotation of the innova tive talents in four perspectives, so as to make an exploration into the main ways of the training in the university. Mainly discussing the significance of the general humanity courses on the training of innovative talent, and associating the teaching and operation features of Economics Collages, a primary idea of the gen eral humanity course system is come up with to meet the need of the innovative talents training at U/BE. It will turn the teaching of those courses into one of the indispensable realization ways to train the innovative talents with humanity, creative spirit and ability, and wide vision.
