二尖瓣口血流动力学异常与左房增大的关系

Interrelation Between the Hemodynamic Abnormality of mitral Valul Openingand Oilatation of Lift Atrum (Abstract)

本文对428例左房增大的心脏病患者，采用多普勒频谱观察二尖瓣口的血流状况，对血流方向、流速、流量、压力梯度等数据进行了探测，分析了二尖瓣口血流动力学异常与左房增大的关系。

The blood flow disturbances were surveyed with Doppler echo-cardiography frequency speectrum,and measured in terms of velocity,orient-ation,pressure gradients, etc. Interrelation between the hemodynamic abnormality of mitrral valve opening and, dilatation of left atrium was primarily analzed.
